Sitting and Your Health – Another Report


You eat well and you exercise regularly. And therefore you should be on your way to a long and healthy life.

Well, not so fast. There is a new factor that is coming into play.

And that is how much you sit during the day. Whether it is in front of your computer, TV or just reading a book to much sitting is bad for you.

And it does not seems to matter even if you exercise.

Researchers are increasingly finding that all that time spent sitting, working and playing online can take its toll on our bodies, both physically and mentally.
