There is a lot of talk about the benefits of juicing fruits and vegetables. Add to that the advocates of blending and you have a classic food fight on your hands.
Both sides in the juicing vs blending debate have a pile of stats and research to support their point of view.
I think the bottom line here is that no one way is right for everybody and for most people the compromise approach is the best way.
By eating (and drinking) a diet high in chlorophyll (raw fruits and veggies, especially leafy greens), we dine on liquid oxygen, the very substance we need to stay alive and thrive.
We stack the odds in our favor BIG time when we consume a diet high in chlorophyll, vitamins, enzymes and oxygen.
