Let me start of by saying that I really like coffee.
However, I was starting to get some aches that I could not find a cause for.
For instance my shoulder started to hurt when i raised my arm, elbow was becoming very tender to the touch and the joint of my big toe was hurting.
Nothing bad but annoying.
Bottom line of this story is that I cut my coffee drinking from two mugs a day to one mug and all of these aches and pains went away. Amazing.
I may try a short period of no coffee to see how i feel. A scary thought but possible.
