Are Nuts the Next Super Food?


Did you think it was possible that one single simple food could have a major impact on your health?

After all of the press about eating healthy for your heart and to live longer it seems that just adding nuts to your diet on a daily basis can do the trick.

It seems the article was talking about whole raw unsalted nuts but it may be possible to get many of the benefits threw nut butters.

As long as they do not have sugar in them and are raw and unsalted.

In a huge study involving about 120,000 people, scientists from Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and the Harvard School of Public Health found that eating nuts every day reduced the chances of dying during the 30-year study by 20 percent.
