So what did they have to say – from Market Watch
Most of these centenarians took good care of themselves by getting plenty of sleep (88%), eating a healthy diet (87%), limiting alcohol consumption (83%), and not smoking (78%). As a group, these centenarians put somewhat less emphasis on other aspects of personal wellness, such as seeing a doctor regularly (60%), managing stress (56%), and exercising regularly (55%).
