Why does almost everyone think that the only way to get protein is to have some type of meat with your meals.
I am not going to get into the debate about how much protein is necessary to have on a daily basis.
All I want to point out is that you can have a very tasty and filling breakfast and get a good amount of protein and leave out the bacon or sausage.
